At Mediaio.net, we strive to provide our users with the best experience possible. Mediaio provides the free plan for customers before deciding to update your plan. The free plan offers enough services for customers to try with a use limit. Mediaio recommends our customers try the product to confirm whether it is the one you need before purchasing. This also helps customers avoid purchasing the wrong product.
We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Circumstances of No Refund
Non-technical Circumstances:
Failure to read the product description before purchasing thus results in dissatisfaction with the product's function. It is highly recommended that every customer read the product description and try it with the free plan before purchasing.
Note: Mediaio does not refund software if products fail to meet customers' needs due to a lack of understanding by the customer of the products functions and capabilities.
• Purchase of a wrong product, which has already been followed by the purchase of the correct product from another company.
• A customer refund request on complaint of credit card fraud or other unauthorized payment. As Mediaio cooperates with an independent payment platform, it's impossible to monitor authorization during payment. In this case, Mediaio recommends customers contact card issuers if there is fraud. And the refund cannot be accepted.
• Mediaio Product price differences between different regions or price differences between Mediaio and other companies.
• A refund request due to price change or purchase from promotion campaigns.
• A customer has a 'change of mind' after purchase.
• Used for more than 3 days after purchase or more than 50 redits for online AI tools.
• A refund for the failure to receive the registration code after the order of a desktop product has been successful. Generally, the registration code will be automatically sent within 1 hour. But sometimes it may be delayed by email spam settings, internet issues, etc. In this case, please contact Mediaio Support Team. We will retrieve the registration code for customers ASAP within 24 hours.
• As the purchase is finished, it cannot be refunded by the reason of incompatible with the operating system. Mediaio highly recommends customers try the software before purchase.
Technical Circumstance
When meeting some technical trouble, customers are supposed to cooperate with Mediaio Support Team to provide detailed information, screenshots, and files. A refund request won't be allowed if customers refuse to cooperate or refuse to try the solutions provided by Mediaio.
• A refund request for technical problems after the software has been updated if the order exceeds 30 days.
Circumstances of Eligible Refund
Non-technical Circumstances:
• Purchase of the same product (both from Mediaio) twice at the same time. With the confirmation of the Mediaio Support Team, Mediaio will refund one of the products for the customer.
• The customer does not receive their credits within 24 hours of purchase, and has not received a timely response (within 24 hours) from the Mediaio Support Team after making contact. In this case, Mediaio will refund the customer's order if they do not need the product in the future.
• Purchase of a 'wrong product', and then purchase the correct product from our company. In this case, Mediaio will refund the price of the wrong product for you if you do not need it.
Technical Problems:
Within 30 days, no solution has been provided to deal with the technical problems of the software. In this case, Mediaio will refund the purchase if the customer requests.

2. Provide Details: Include your account details, order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
3. Submit Within 3 Days: Ensure your request is submitted within 3 days of your purchase.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome soon. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
